Terms of service.
Payment Terms: Payment deposit must be made upon booking, final payment is due upon completion of the event.
Cancellation Policy: Client may cancel the event up to 2 days prior to the event date for a full refund of any deposit paid unless specified otherwise in contract. Cancellations made within 2 days of the event date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Scope of Services: The Private Chef agrees to provide culinary services for the Client's event, including menu planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation, service, and cleanup. The Chef will prepare meals for the guests as agreed upon. The chef is not responsible for providing dinnerware nor flatware.
Allergies and Dietary Preferences:
Clients must inform the Private Chef of any allergies or dietary preferences at the time of booking. While every effort will be made to accommodate these needs, the Chef cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or food-related illnesses arising from the consumption of the prepared meals.
Kitchen Facilities: Clients must provide a clean and functional kitchen to work in. Additional cleaning fees may apply if kitchen isn’t ready at the time of service. The Chef reserves the right to refuse service if the kitchen does not meet basic health and safety standards.
